   3. We replace the battery — Our qualified technicians open your ScanWatch Horizon, install a new high-grade lithium-polymer battery, and test the watch thoroughly. 
   4. We send it back to you — Your repaired watch is securely packed and returned via Express Post to your door with tracking.

Please note:

This service focuses on restoring battery life.

If your watch has additional issues (e.g., dislodged backings, faulty crowns, corrosion, or water damage), we will attempt to repair these where possible.

In cases where extra repairs are required, we’ll contact you to confirm before proceeding.

Watches affected by battery corrosion may experience reduced waterproofing long-term, even after repair.
