Please Note: This service is currently only available for the 1st generation of ScanWatches in both 38mm and 42mm sizes.

How does it work for International Repairs?

Book your repair — Place your order online for a flat fee.

Send your watch to us — Use your local postal or courier service to send your ScanWatch to our repair centre in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia.

Please declare it as:
“Watch for repair – no commercial value.”

We’re unable to provide prepaid international labels as Australia Post can only generate postage for parcels sent from within Australia.

We replace the battery — Our qualified technicians open your ScanWatch, install a new high-grade lithium-polymer battery, replace the sealing rings, and thoroughly test your watch.

We send it back to you — Once complete, your repaired watch is securely packed and returned via Australia Post International, with full tracking for fast and reliable delivery.

Please note:

This service focuses on restoring battery life.

If your watch has additional issues (e.g., dislodged backings, faulty crowns, corrosion, or water damage), we will attempt to repair these where possible.

In cases where extra repairs are required, we’ll contact you to confirm before proceeding. Watches affected by battery corrosion may experience reduced waterproofing long-term, even after repair. We’ll always do our best to return your watch in the best working order possible.
