If your Withings ScanWatch battery isn’t lasting like it used to, don’t replace the whole watch — simply refresh it. Our professional battery replacement service will get you back to tracking your health and activity in no time.

Please Note: This service is currently only available for the 1st generation of ScanWatches in both 38mm and 42mm sizes.

How does it work?

Book your repair — Place your order online for a flat fee.

Receive your prepaid shipping label — We’ll email you a prepaid Express Post label so you can easily send us your ScanWatch.

We replace the battery — Our qualified technicians open your ScanWatch, install a new high-grade lithium-polymer battery, and test the watch thoroughly.

We send it back to you — Your repaired watch is securely packed and returned via Express Post to your door with tracking.

Please note:

This service focuses on restoring battery life.

If your watch has additional issues (e.g., dislodged backings, faulty crowns, corrosion, or water damage), we will attempt to repair these where possible.

In cases where extra repairs are required, we’ll contact you to confirm before proceeding. Watches affected by battery corrosion may experience reduced waterproofing long-term, even after repair. We’ll always do our best to return your watch in the best working order possible.
